If you are asking is it possible to run two instances of Firefox together at the same time within the one OS account then the answer is yes, with some conditions. In addition if you use tab groups tabs may be dragged between groups. It is also possible to drag tabs between Firefox windows. It is of course possible to open a URL in a new tab or a new Firefox window if that is of any help. I am not sure I understand what you are asking.
